The mattresses rules：
We offer a 100-day full refund policy for you, if you are not satisfied with the product, you could return it for free to get your money back within 100 days of acceptance of the product(s). If you would like to return any of the product(s), please contact our Customer Support they would gladly assist you to help smoothen the exchange/return process.
All of our Novilla mattresses come with a 10-year warranty.
Bed frames rules：
Novilla bed frames 1-Year Warranty 45 days trial
We offer a 45-day trial period and a 1-year warranty for you. If you are not satisfied with the product, please initiate a return within 45 days of receiving delivery to ask for a full refund. If you would like to return any of the product(s), please feel free to contact our customer service to assist you with the exchange/return process.
Bedding rules：
We offer a 30-day trial period for you. If you are unsatisfied with the product, please return it within 30 days of receiving delivery to ask for a full refund. Novilla toppers support a 5-year warranty and a 3-year warranty for Novilla pillows.

Prepare the proof of purchase and reason of return
After the order and product confirmation, we will arrange express delivery to pick up or notify you to donate the product.
STEP 3
Return and take your money back
We’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility. Refunds will be credited back to your account within 1-2 days, depending on the bank and credit card organization.
