We offer a 30-day full refund policy for unopened items, and under specific circumstances, a full refund within a 100-night trial period. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support—they will be happy to assist you. All Novilla mattresses come with a 10-year warranty.
Bed frames rules：
We offer a 45-day trial period with a full refund under specific circumstances and a 1-year warranty for you. If you are not satisfied with the product, please initiate a return within 45 days of receiving delivery.
Bedding rules：
We offer a 30-day trial period with a full refund under specific circumstances. Novilla toppers come with a 5-year warranty, and all pillows come with a 3-year warranty.

After the order and product confirmation, we will arrange express delivery to pick up or notify you to donate the product.

Return and take your money back
We’ll process a full refund once we receive them back at our facility. Refunds will be credited back to your account within 1-2 days, depending on the bank and credit card organization.
