Novilla Shipping Policy

COVID-19 Update – Impact on Home Deliveries

We prioritize the health and safety of our customers and employees. Due to the evolving circumstances surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus), the delivery of your Novilla® mattress may be delayed over the next several weeks. We apologize for any inconveniences caused and thank you for your patience during these times.

Shipping Policy

  • Free shipping for all products.
  •  Our products are available for purchase in the USA only.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at that moment, but we will try our best to support these areas soon.
  • You should receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days, and get the package within 3-20 business days.
  • The products will be shipped via FedEx/UPS.
  • Customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).

Special Order Statement

Remote Region Orders

Remote region orders will be charged an extra delivery fee by FedEx or UPS, depending on the distance to the destination.

Non-delivery Areas

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Military APO/FPO addresses are not in our delivery zone at the moment, but we hope to support these areas soon.

Additional Charges

We encourage you to check your address details carefully before submitting your order. If you need to change the address details once your order is being delivered, you will be charged a service fee of up to $40 per shipment. This will depend on the specific circumstances, and whether the return was requested due to a mistaken order.

There are two ways to track your package

1. Click on the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email

2. You will be directed to the shipping company's website and see the status of delivery

1. Visit www.novilla.net and click "Support " - “Order Tracking” in the menu.

2. Input your order number and email address to track the package
