Contact Novilla to receive a free fitted cover to put over their mattress, which will bring it into compliance with federal standards for mattress flammability.
Novilla is offering you a free mattress cover to place on top of the mattress. This mattress cover has been tested at an accredited and independent laboratory to ensure that it meets the mandatory federal flammability requirements.
The cover can be zipped over the existing mattress, which also provides an additional layer of protection to the mattress itself, helping to protect it from becoming dirty.
This cover is custom-sized to your particular mattress model, width, and depth.
There is no charge for handling and shipping of the replacement.

We strongly encourage you to check your mattress and to participate in this recall if your mattress is included.
Hazard: The recalled mattresses do not comply with the mandatory federal flammability regulation for mattresses.
Registration Note: To complete this registration, you will need to be home with the recalled mattress. Please review the label and check if you have an affected model AND a recalled manufacturing date. Please take a permanent marker and mark the white label with your initial and date as part of the registration process.
You will also need to take and upload a photograph of the white tag marked with the date and initials. You may leave the tag attached to the mattress.

This mattress cover has been tested at an accredited and independent laboratory to ensure that it meets the mandatory federal flammability requirements.
The cover can be zipped over the existing mattress, which also provides an additional layer of protection to the mattress itself, helping to protect it from becoming dirty.
How will the new mattress cover address the issue?
All of the mattress covers comply with the mandatory federal flammability requirements. The mattress covers have been reviewed and tested by independent, third-party laboratories and those reports have been reviewed and approved by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
All replacement mattress pads, including shipping and handling, are provided free of charge to affected consumers.
Can the mattress covers be washed?
Yes. The mattress covers are 100% polyester and may be washed in cold water on a gentle cycle.
Mattress covers, however, should not be washed frequently as each wash lessens the protection afforded to the mattress. We urge consumers to use a separate mattress pad for comfort and for additional protection of the mattress.
I bought a mattress on Amazon that might be included in this recall, how do I know if my product is included?
Some mattresses are clearly marked with the Novilla name and have a blue or gray stripe around the mattress. Some mattresses do not have the Novilla name or blue or gray stripe around the mattress.
If you believe your mattress may be included, you should look at the white label sewn into the side of the mattress. If the model number is listed as any of the following, your mattress is included:

Alternatively, if you wish, you may go to the Orders section of your Amazon account. When you find your order for your mattress, the original item for the online listing will be described as either Novilla.
